Junior Catherine Knox completed her 2014 women's cross country season at the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday at the King's Island Golf Center in Mason, OH.

Planning and hard work carried the day as Rochester successfully staged the Atlantic Regional in cross country last Saturday.

Katie Knox has been one of Rochester's top cross country runners and a strong regional race Saturday could send her to Ohio.

A total of 41 athletes from University of Rochester teams were honored by the UAA as members of the conference's All-Academic team.
