Over 100 individuals from fall sports teams at the University of Rochester were honored for their excellence in the classroom by the University Athletic Association, being named to the fall All-Academic Team.

Six Rochester women's cross country runners earned All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA after their performances at the Niagara Regional on November 13.

Lisa Pink, Ella Wise Bellin, and Rachel Dennis will represent Rochester in the NCAA Division III National Cross Country Championship meet in Louisville, KY on Saturday.

Rochester placed its five top finishers just 33 seconds apart at the NCAA Niagara Regional Championships. UR was second out of 20 teams.

Rochester finished seventh at the UAA Women's Cross Country Championships with the top five finishers just 36 seconds apart.

Some of the nation's top women's cross country teams will run in the UAA Championships at Genesee Valley Park on Saturday

Rochester kicks off the UAA soccer season by hosting Washington University-St. Louis at the Prince Athletic Complex Saturday - women at 11, men at 1:30.
